Last week my A/C unit went completely out, and I called Xtreme Comfort to come out and take look at my unit. The technician, Kevin took the time to troubleshoot and advised me that my unit needed a repair due to the unit not being properly installed when I had purchased my home 4 years ago. I had advised him that I had misplaced all of paperwork. Kevin demonstrated above and beyond excellent customer service by personally contacting the Trane company and found out that my unit was still under warranty, and was able to obtain the part for the repair. My A/C unit is now fixed with no other issues. Xtreme Comfort was very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional with excellent customer service. They took time to diagnose and repair my unit and for that I would definitely call them again if needed in the future.

In a word... Fantastic! Our Air Conditioner stopped working in the first really hot weather of the season. The owner Kevin came out within 2 hours of our call and immediately identified the problem. The part needed was brand specific for our unit, so he said he would call us in the morning with an estimate, and he did! He gave us a very fair estimate so we gave our approval and he came by at the time he said he would and fixed the unit in the rain! He even gave us tips to keep our unit maintained and to maximize it's output. Our unit is now working perfectly, and we still haven't been called for an appointment with the large company we had called first. Next time Xtreme Comfort will be my first and only call!
